Refund and Returns Policy

At Veg Housie, we strive to deliver the freshest fruits and vegetables to your doorstep. However, if you are not satisfied with the quality of your order, we are here to help under the following conditions:

Returns for Quality Issues

We accept return requests only if a complaint is raised within 3 hours of the delivery time. To process such a complaint, you must:

  • Share clear photographs of the product showing the issue.
  • Ensure the product is unconsumed and in its original condition.

Once verified, we will offer a replacement. We reserve the right to decline requests that are raised after the 3-hour window or do not include supporting evidence.

Refunds for Order Cancellations

We only process full refunds if the customer cancels the order before it has been dispatched for delivery.
Orders once out for delivery are not eligible for cancellation or refund.

Additional Notes

  • Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 business days and credited back to the original payment method, subject to banking timelines and RBI guidelines.
